Reflection
The creative process of my website was simple yet got a point across to motivate health care systems and nurses to focus more on the prevention of nursing burnout. I gave pictures and fun animations to keep the audience interested in the website. I used my research paper to help with the main topics for the pages of the website. Overall, I think I reached my target audience and want to get a point out there so that healthcare systems can work together on minimizing this global problem.
